The drain cover is blocked with tarmac.

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

A few months ago the road was re-surfaced with new tarmac on both sides. The drain cover is completely blocked with tarmac. This was only noticed recently due to the large amount of rainwater. The opposite drain has a constant problem of being unable to take the large amounts of rainwater. A very large puddle forms over the footpath and up to half of the road. Takes a day to clear each time.
