Traffic bollard missing

Reported via desktop in the Street Furniture category anonymously at 12:55, Wed 16 February 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

This bollard is there to prevent traffic moving between Cato St and Stanley Park (both signed as ‘dead end’ roads), across St Marks Avenue. It has been missing for several weeks and there is increasing abuse of this cut through, which causes a hazard for people walking and cycling down St Marks Ave. it was originally a fixed bollard but was replaced a few years ago by a removable one. People keep cutting the lock so I suggest a fixed one is used again. Thank you
