The is regularly parked on the pavement and double yellow lines, obstructing the walkway and people are not able to leave their bins for the collection.

    Very easy solution,yes it.s would cost money. put 3 or 4 pole.s like this in picture or metal ones like have around in city. on place they parking.

    This should be walking path,but now is blocked by car. so people need endanger themself and walk around car by drive way??? I don.t think is very safe.
