Abandoned scaffolding

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3319156.

Concern scaffolding on pavement outside 1 Marmaduke Street has been abandoned. Has been in place since October 21. No work is happening on site. Children are climbing up the abandoned scaffolding. Can we please check the licence is up to date.
