Light too bright compared to others

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Other lights on the street have now been replaced with LED ones which shine down and give off less light pollution. This current light is right outside our bedroom window and it does affect our sleep. We are hoping it can be upgraded to match the other LED ones please. Many thanks
