Water pipe left hanging out the floor!!!!

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3328627.

So some sort of repair/ pipe work was done some 3 moths ago and the pipe has been left hanging around with no barriers around it can easily be walking in to at nite as its in the middle of the path!!
