Road surface picking off following recent patching works

Reported via Android in the Carriageway Defect category anonymously at 15:15, Mon 21 February 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Pre-patching works have been undertaken along Weymouth Road ahead of surface dressing. These works were done in Jan 2022 but the surface course is already loose and picking off. Please can the patches be inspected for quality as if they have not been done correctly then it is likely any subsequent surface dressing treatment will not adhere correctly and will fail prematurely. There are number of patches all along the road which need inspecting (anything that formed part of the Jan 2022 works).
