Flooded road, island not lit

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3333487.

As I entered Albert road, it was flooded (no warning signs in place), I tried to avoid the water and my vehicle clipped the NOT lit island and damaged my tyre, I had to call out the AA for rescue. Further up the road 2 other vehicles had done the same and were awaiting recovery.
