Cars registration: WU71ZBD WT19PSX WJ65XEN Pavement parking,the pavement is narrow owing to cafe extending fixed screen frontage to boundary. Obstruction is then caused by visitors to the cafe parking upon and causing damage to the pavement. Despite parking on the pavement the vehicles still cause an upset for the flow of traffic,two buses are unable to pass at the same time owing to obsstruction. Time of photo20th Feb 2022 @14:54,this is a typical scene,vehicles are parked here 24hrs seven days of the week.
