Lamp No. 20 is intermittent at night

Street lamp number 20 only operates intermittently at night. It's not flickering - it seems to be sometimes on at night, sometimes not. I don't know if it goes on and off during the night - I've never stayed up longer enough to see. This is on College Road, outside Loft House and about 100m from the junction with Ashley Down Road. As lamps 19 & 21 on the opposite side of the road have failed completely (already reported) this bit of the road can get quite dark.
