Fallen tree branches and trees too large

This little plot of land is attached to the back of the Council green land between numbers 44 and 50 on Constable Rd. There are about 10 large non-deciduous trees growing dangerously large, overhanging the garages of 1-3 Copley Gardens. The recent storms have caused several branches to fall (some on the fence of no. 10 Copley Gardens as pictured) and others are loosely dangerously hanging in the trees likely to fall on the garages at some point if not other surrounding homes including perhaps some council-owned properties (Merrett Court, which have front doors on Gainsborough Square). Access is via the private drive between 3 and 10 Copley Gardens or via the overgrown and flytipped Council land. Thank you.
