This car keeps parking on the corner of glen park gardens cul de sac. in the past I've just about been able to get through (often knocking my wing mirrors in the process) but not today. It has been going on for about a year.

Many people on this road are vulnerable and ambulance visits are common. Emergency services would not be able to get to us today.
