Damaged covers to services and general condition to pavement

A temporary cover has been placed over one service chamber but the adjacent services cover is also damaged and in need of replacement or repair. Note, the pavement outside No.56 Filton Avenue is in general in a poor state, this pavement also including a number of covers as shown in photo 2. Is in known that heavy plant and a number of vehicles passed over or parked on this length of pavement during recent construction of No. 56.
