Tarmac damaged

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3349457.

Following western power works ref - 3935181 damaged tarmac, strip broken up. Entrance to lane tarmac pushed up into a hump by hydraulic skips/lorries
