Blocked storm drain outside Malvern House

Reported via desktop in the Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 13:07, Mon 28 February 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3350232.

Storm drain has been blocked for at least 6 months - it's now completely silted up. Leads to a torrent running down Elm Lane during heavy rain. Water is also running though conduits used by other services (e.g. Virgin cable). Due to the lack of drains on the steep part of Elm Lane this is a significant problem.
