Pothole repair degraded to substantial pothole

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

A pothole repair at the southbound zebra crossing has degraded so severely that is has created a large depression the full length of the patch repair creating a larger pothole. Severe for all traffic and potentially pedestrians.

  • Resident helped a lady last night who hit both ends of this pothole last night, she was cycling hit both tyres flat, at the deepest 2 inches, you hit both front and back, he wanted to add the danger as is this right at busy junction so people are concentrating on the traffic rather than looking at the road. Please arrange for repairs asap

    Both my bike tyres went completely flat after hitting this road damage on Tues 8th. See photo attached. Please repair asap so this does not impact anybody else.

    Hit this unavoidable hazard today 10th Mar , I now have a slight buckle in my front wheel which plays havoc with the braking.
