Multiple potholes and dangerous road surface

First reported on July 5th 2021, in the same location as new report, that 3 potholes were identified as a driving and walking/trip hazard. Reported the same concern on February 13th 2022 but now many more potholes, uneven and dangerous ground surface, including the three that were fixed- which have re-emerged. The case was closed by BCC as it was considered a private road matter yet the 3 identified in July 2021, in the same location were fixed last year by BCC. Please re investigate. Additionally, the twin cul-de-sac at the opposite end to this one, has a completely new road surface.
