Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Inspection Trench - Noisy depression in road - Investigated previously and reported to utility company (BT?) but issue not dealt with. Opposite G4S (big trucks) and South Liberty Lane has a lot of heavy traffic. Very loud in the early hours and constant vibration. Other vibrations/noise throughout the day but issue is unrelenting at night. Please investigate urgently.
