Noisy Utility cover, very busy road

The surface of tarmac around the big square manhole cover is deteriorating around the manhole also. It's very noisy with large volume of traffic on the road, loud banging day/night

    Thanks Marina for setting up this problem. The road is very very busy and the noise is disruptive to the extent that we are spending as much time as we can in the back of the house just to avoid the continual "click-clack".
