Water still out of ctv cover onto pathway

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Virgin media came and blocked the entry 2 doors up in their ctv service hole. Later that day another vm team arrived and unblocked it which caused the flow to increase. The water is now going down the footpath and on to my drive causing puddles at the end. If this freezes my car will be stuck. Virgin media are not interested told me to contact the council. This can be potentially dangerous.
