Kirb stone raised incomplete works

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Hi recently 1-2months the kerb stone was cut out and rebedded as it had raised, a base coat of tarmc was placed around it but it's not been finished off with top coat so is uneven and collecting water, and will no doubt raise again or someone will injure themselfs. Thanks
