I reported in February that the tenant at 55 Downend Road had installed his own drop down kerb blocks, approximately 4, he has now increased to 6/7 . I have had mo response so far, and as there has been no planning permission think they should be removed. I do mot have a reference for previous complaint. Mrs B Crowford
