Road is closed to traffic, pavement is obstructed. Builders refusing to move bollards. Disruption to traffic and deliveries on street

    Builders blocking the road 2-3 days a week for several hours at a time. Dangerous as the road is very narrow and cars drive up the road then need to reverse back, and could easily hit a car if not careful.
