Cars parked on cycle path into city

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3368588.

There is a marked cycle path along the last few hundred meters of the A38 here as it enters the city. Cars are parked on it all day forcing bikes onto the pavement or into the middle of the road. There are no yellow lines. What is the point if this marked cycle lane if it is not protected from parked cars?
