Inspection Chamber lid on side on roundabout

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

On the grass roundabout as if you were leaving Moorend farm ave, just before Poplar way east , is a damaged, on its side Inspection cover ( storm water underneath) , possibly a car has ran over the roundabout and knocked it out. please inspect asap
