Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
Blocks whenever there's rain (even a little bit). Been like this for at least a month. When its especially bad rain cars have to take wide turns if going down Cecil road. If cars are going quickly pedestrians easily get splashed.

A job has been raised with our contractors to action this issue and appropriate repairs or maintenance will be undertaken as soon as they can.
