It's not really a pot hole problem but the exact issue is 3 metal prongs sticking out, where they probably once held a bin in place. The bin is no longer there.

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

I tripped over it last night and it needs at least a warning sign. I noticed it for the first time last night and it is on the roundabout in the middle of Broadmead where they have the Christmas market. If you turn right to go towards Castle Park, it's just there.
