Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3389163.

The gullies on corner of wallingford road and morpeth road & gullies further up morpeth road by #14 & 13 seem to be blocked - causing odorous fumes that are causing a haze on the street - smell is seeping into residents homes
