Blocked road drain which increases flood risk to our building

Reported via desktop in the Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 10:32, Tue 15 March 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The Drain is filled with silt/mud which means it does not drain, our insurers tell us we are an "flood risk property" as defined by the EA and we must service our on site drains every 6 months to maintain flood cover. Their surveyor tells us that a blocked street drain puts the business and jobs at risk,

This is not the first time it has blocked and they feel it may be indicative of a bigger flow risk problem in the street sewer/rainwater causing the gully trap to build up silt. He has asked if we can show when the Feeder road drains were last surveyed and risk assessed for prevention of surface water flooding. Please can you confirm.

In the meantime can a team clear this blockage to reduce storm flood risk to our building,

Many thanks
