Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

A bag rubbish has been spilled and discarded by a pedestrian today on Donegal Rd. CCTV footage has been recorded if required. Also reported to BCC directly Rubbish has been re-bagged and placed near the road for removal.

    Not a peep out of BCC / B.Waste, not interested I guess… too busy trying to sell off as much South Bristol green space as possible to lazy developers?
