Dumped shopping trolley obstructing pavement outside number 19 sandbach road

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The trolley keeps being moved around by teenagers but currently is outside 19 Sandbach road, on its side, obstructing pedestrians. It has been on this road for over 2 weeks now.
