Garden walls and trees in terrible state

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3393745.

Hello, this lovely little Georgian garden has been left to rot. The walls are falling down, the trees are very overgrown and full of rubbish. I wonder whether the local authority has any ability to help maintain this bit of land? Such a shame and certainly the state of disrepair is an eye hazard as well as being dangerous with bits of wall fallen over etc.
