Any rainfall still blocks drains on this corner. This photo shows standing water at 9am following rainfall yesterday evening.
Pavement used by pedestrians including school children travelling to and from Elmlea school.
Road dangerous for cyclists and e-scooterers who have to move out into traffic to avoid. Because of central island there is limited room to manoeuvre.
