Blocked and flooding gully

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3395929.

Gully outside the King William Pub is blocked and ponding. Is blocked with debris and concerns that the overflow of the rain water it causing water to ingress into the basement of the pub. Both Wessex and Bristol Water have confirmed issue is not with their assets
