Overgrown shrubs

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Overgrown ivy over the front wall of number 5 Oakwood Road blocking half the pavement. Still no action taken. Overgrown ivy from number 3 which wasn't an issue has been cleared off the wall!
