Damaged/badley designed cycling infrastructure dangerous to health
Reported via mobile in the Obstruction category anonymously at 17:29, Thursday 17 March 2022
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
On the 1st of March, I hit one of these base plate missing their bollard late at night (at which point they are impossible to see on the black surface), was thrown by my bike and almost hit by a bus. Today (17th of march), I went on my bike for the first time since down the street and nothing has changed, there are infact more of these base plates without bollards attached, and more shrapnel around where other people have likely hit them. Please A: clear away all of these incredibly dangerous baseplates without a bollard attached, and B: design something more permanent which won't be damaged over time and pose a Health risk to cyclists. Thank you

I have send that almost once a month since November people have reported this issue, and all of them are now "fixed". Beyond removing the damaged parts and leaving the rest to be damaged in a months time, how else is this being "fixed"?
