Dangerous road sign

Reported via desktop in the Road Signage category anonymously at 16:31, Fri 18 March 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

This problem was originally reported in issue 3325188 . You now claim there was 'no fault found'. This is still very much a n issue and could lead to serious injury and the council being sued. This was reported over a month ago. The sign outside the Boston Tea Party is now at ground level and so is a trip hazard. This would only take 10 minutes to fix. How can it be reported as No Problem??

  • This sign is causing even more of an obstruction now as Boston Tea party have put out tables and chairs next to it. The pavement would be very narrow at this point if people were sat at the tables.

  • This may look like it’s been fixed, but it’s just been raised up and held in place just by two PLASTIC ZIP ties. Incredibly dangerous and highly likely to fall on someone.
