Large numerous potholes, will cause fatal traffic collisions

Reported via desktop in the Carriageway Defect category anonymously at 15:18, Sun 20 March 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Numerous large potholes, many of them elongated into deep troughs that act as wheel traps (especially for motorbikes). This is a dual carriageway with a 40 mph speed limit and no crash barrier between the opposing flows of traffic. This is extremely dangerous. The most dangerous pothole is visible on google street view, taken in July 2021, and doesn't appear to have any serious repair work done on it since then. This requires immediate repair work before a fatal car crash happens.
