Large plant pots obstructing the walk way along the harbour.

Large plant pots protruding from peoples property. They are sticking out and not lit up , I nearly came off my bike recently.

    U have got the pin in the wrong place it should be here, on the water front, one of my children smacked into one of those plantpots and fell off hurting her wrist and drawing blood, why are they there?? surely this is a public walkway and should be kept clear as so many people go along there.
