On the turning of Dutton road from Sturminster road facing north (downhill) from the view of the car you are unable to see in that direction as vehicles park on the double yellow lines. I have witnessed almost a dozen accidents in the past few weeks alone. This is also partly due to vehicles not abiding the speed limit as they travel along Sturminster road. The picture i have attached is genorous as this is on a clearer day from a stood position as apposed from a vehicle where the view is hindered massivley.

  • There has been no change on this. Cars still park on the double yellow lines blocking the view of oncoming traffic. I still think that installing a mirror on the light post across the turning will be the best solution as the double yellows are not blocked at all times.
