Gully blicked by tarmac

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

This gully was blocked by tarmac 4 years ago. When it rains the water cannot get to the drain and floods the whole pavement. It has been reported 4 times and no action taken! It would be a 30 minute jobe to hack the lump of tarmac off the cobbles and restore drainage
