Scooters are obstructing the pavement

Too many scooters are being left outside Chappell and Matthews estate agents and they obstruct the pavement. They are also too near the lowered kerb and will be in the way of any blind or partially sighted person who has crossed the junction. Also, they are obstructing access to the window of the estate agent. This scooter parking area needs to be removed from the Voi app so as to avoid any further obstructions.
