Carriageway obstructions

There has been a cargo container, heras fencing, building materials & a large unlicensed tele-handler at full extension obstructing 27-31 Cotswold Road North on both sides of road opposite building site & surrounding areas for many months (possibly year +). The letter issued by JH Group claims to have permissions for these obstructions but cannot locate this online. Only walkway closure permission which is in breach due to significant carriageway obstructions.
