Pedestrian crossing not working URGENT danger to life

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Pedestrian crossing lights not working for 2 days. Cars not stopping when people waiting and there was a very near miss with someone crossing this morning with cars not even slowing down but speeding round the bend towards the crossing. Major crossing point for 2 nearby schools and children crossing to the Downs. Please mend urgently before someone is killed.
