Incorrect street name plate

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The SNP by 9 Elmfield Road was replaced a year ago and now just says Elmfield Gardens, rather than Elmfield Gardens leading to Greystoke Gardens. Please can this be changed back to avoid confusion over addresses
