Obstruction of the footway

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Four large, red plastic barriers have been obstructing the footway since before Xmas. They have been abandoned by workmen (Water Company?). I keep expecting them to be taken away, but have given up hope.

  • No action has been taken. Every now and again the fences fall over and lay across the footway. Local people pick them up and lean them against the wall.

  • Sometimes the obstructions are blown or knocked down and entirely cover the footway. Then, someone will pick them up and lean them against the wall only blocking half the pavement.
