Mini concrete bollard destroyed by car

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

One of the mini concrete bollards between Westbury Road and Durdham Park's 'dead end' has been hit by a car and virtually destroyed, smashed down to it's metal core. now dangerous with sharp concrete edges and rubble.
