Water leak

Water has been leaking from number 245 for months now and green algae is starting to grow on the pavement and is very slippery and very dangerous. My disable sister slipped whilst walking down the road and hurt her hip and back.

The Green angle is starting to became a very large patch and this needs sorting asap as it is a serious safety issue.
