Overgrown hedge is blocking wheelchair access

Reported via mobile in the Obstruction category anonymously at 14:02, Wed 30 March 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The new tenant at 37 lower knole lane has not cut his/hers hedges for 2-3 years. There are disabled people living on the street and almshouse opposite and cannot pass or gain access to vehicles. Prams and wheelchairs cannot pass. This is a breach of tenancy and is also very dangerous as when my mum passes in her electric wheelchair she has to drive it on the road or risk getting her eye poked by the long stems too.
