Area of Potholes/Uneven Road

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3431079.

Left of area of fresh tarmac leading to pavement and dropped kerb area of old red tarmac, whole area including pavement edge is very uneven and hard to wheel bags over, chunk also missing from kerb edge.

  • This is the area you have to cross to reach the island in the middle of the road. If you are using a bag with wheels, you cannot pull it properly over the bobbly area where the kerb is dropped, you have to wheel it over a flatter area (the one pictured) the bag wheels drop sharply over the broken kerb edge and it falls into the lumpy uneven area, which causes the bag to flip over, which is not safe when vehicles are coming and you are trying to flip your bag back over and get to safety!
